Most orders ship via UPS Ground, USPS 1st class, or USPS Priority.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.

Backordered Items

If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please contact us immediately. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

In order to remain tax compliant in your state, Upgrey is unable to reconsign shipments after the product is already in transit to the order's original address.

Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
