If your recently-purchased aergiatech are experiencing a manufacturing defect within 90-days of the date of purchase, we are happy to honor a return for store credit or exchange. Returns for full refunds can be processed within 30 days from the date of purchase.

While most manufacturing errors should present themselves within 90 days, we recognize that there will be some issues that may arise following that window. If you are experiencing a quality issue due to a Aergiatech manufacturing defect, please contact us and include the associated order number, a photograph of the issue being reported, and the PO number on the white inside tag. Our team will work with you to find a resolution as quickly as possible.
We respond to all inbound within 48 hours-most often we're able to respond within an hour! Sometimes Gmail email addresses filter our responses to the 'Promotions' folder. Please be sure to check there! If you check spam or promotions, our response may have been filtered elsewhere. But fear not! We're happy to help via live chat or text! Chat can be found in the bottom right side of the site.

Once your order has been submitted an email confirmation with all of the associated order information will be sent to the email address on file. If you haven't seen this email come through, we suggest taking a look in your promotional or spam folders as occasionally we see these get filtered there by mistake.
Once your package has departed our warehouse facility, we’ll email you your associated tracking information and you can keep an eye on the order status there.
Please note that orders placed before 2PM EDT will generally depart our warehouse with the carrier that day. Orders placed after 2PM EDT, or on weekends, will depart from our warehouse with the carrier the following business day.
